tax live

Trade the meme.
Holders get paid.
Spend it privately.

Every $ZKC buy and sell pays an ETH tax. Most of it goes straight to holders, who turn it into private AI inference through the Ethereum Foundation's zkAPI. The model gets your prompt. It doesn't get your wallet or identity.

Check your rewards

Paste any wallet address to see its $ZKC balance and the ETH rewards it can claim. Nothing to connect or sign here; claiming happens in the app.

Claim and chat in the app

Connect your wallet in the app to see your rewards. Claim them into a private AI balance, then chat with top models without your wallet ever reaching them. One signature restores your balance on any device.

How to claim your taxes

Your share of every trade builds up in the contract. It never expires, so claim whenever you're ready to use it.

01

Open the app and connect

Click Open app, then Connect wallet in the top bar. It shows how much ETH you can claim. Use the wallet that holds your $ZKC, on Ethereum mainnet.

02

Claim to your private balance

Click your wallet pill (or switch to zkAPI and open Private balance). Under Fund from $ZKC rewards, enter an amount or press Max, then Claim to private balance.

03

Sign once, confirm once

First sign a free message: it creates your private note key and sends nothing. Then confirm the claim (about 6.8M gas). Your private balance appears when it's mined.

• Chat: pick a model and start. Each chat is paid from your private balance; the model never sees your wallet.
• New device: open the app there and press Restore with wallet. The same signature brings back a balance you haven't spent from yet.
• One balance per browser: use or withdraw it before claiming again. Withdrawing sends what's left back to your wallet.
• Timing: private balances expire 30 days after claiming, so claim what you'll use soon.
• Gas: a claim costs more gas than a swap (the private vault does extra bookkeeping). There's no minimum, but small claims can cost more in gas than they're worth. The app shows the estimated fee before you confirm.

How it works

One contract is the token, the Uniswap v4 hook and the rewards ledger.

01

Trade

Every swap on the ETH pool pays a tax in ETH, collected by the hook. The tax starts at 50% to blunt snipers and falls to 3% over the first 20 minutes.

02

Earn

A share of every tax goes to holders by balance, tracked on-chain. You don't stake, lock or sign anything: just hold.

03

Prompt privately

Open the app and claim your rewards into a private zkAPI balance. Each chat proves you own a funded balance without saying which, so the model never sees your wallet.

Tokenomics

Fair launch: 90% of the supply goes into the pool in the deploy block. No presale. The other 10% is allocated in the same block, in public.

What's locked in code

• Launch liquidity has no removal path: it's locked forever. Anyone can add liquidity after the launch window and earn the 0.3% LP fee, but withdrawals pay the same tax as a sale, so LP positions can't dodge it.
• Deploy + pool + liquidity land in one block, so there's no sniping before liquidity exists.
• The tax falls from 50% to 3% over the first 20 minutes.
• The buyback pot can only buy $ZKC and burn it. Buybacks run from launch, 0.05–0.5 ETH at a time, after big enough sells.
• No wallet can hold more than 2% for the first 10 blocks (about 2 minutes).
• ETH claims are dust-only by design: rewards go to private AI credit.
• Contract is unaudited. Trade accordingly.

FAQ

What is zkAPI?

A system from the Ethereum Foundation and OpenAnonymity for paying for API usage without revealing who you are. You deposit into a vault as a private note, then each session proves (with zero-knowledge) that you own a funded note without saying which. The provider sees requests, the payment layer sees spend, and nobody links them.

Is my claim private?

Partly, and we'd rather be honest about it. The claim itself is public: your wallet → note number → amount. What's private is the usage: which prompts your note paid for can't be tied to your wallet. That gets stronger as more people use zkAPI.

Why can't I just claim ETH?

That's the point of the token: the tax funds private inference. ETH claims are off at launch. If enabled later they only cover dust, so tiny balances aren't stranded.

What does a claim cost?

The zkAPI vault updates a 32-level Poseidon Merkle tree on every deposit, about 6.8M gas. At low gas that's well under a dollar; when gas spikes, wait or claim bigger.

Do notes expire?

Yes. zkAPI notes last 30 days; after that anyone can sweep what's left to the zkAPI operator. Your unclaimed rewards in the token contract never expire, so claim right before you use the credit.

How do I claim?

Open the app, switch to zkAPI and open Private balance. Connect your wallet, sign one free message (it derives your private note key), and claim.

What if I switch devices?

Open the app on the new device and press Restore with wallet. The same signature rebuilds your balance, as long as you haven't spent from it yet. After you start chatting, the balance lives in that browser, so keep using the same one.
